Itchy Robot (Afterdark) – MISS YOU
Friday, May 21st, 2010Badman Press unleashes the third vinyl and eleventh release that barely manages to corset its two colossal tracks. ‘Miss you’ by Itchy Robot producer of Chemical Records third best selling track of all time, masterfully layers a plaintiff introductory guitar riff and haunting female vocal sample, over hard hitting sub and midrange bass.
The flip side “Fatal Maschine” sees remixing duties taken up by Record label Front man, DZ. Jarring throwback synths followed by an old school hip hop “call and response’’ vocal seamlessly sets the platform for DZ delivering what he does best; dance floor annihilation.
With a solid release that provides all of the bass and none of the byproduct, Badman Press has forged a hammer meant for smashing up the dance!
Digital versions of these tunes are also available through Juno on July 26th, 2010.
Full release expected July 26th, 2010.
